Nita Agarwal has been a Yoga practitioner for more than 23 years. She has completed her teacher training and medical therapy course from Param Yoga Centre. She has a very holistic and detailed approach which helps her students to learn the correct technique of breathing and posture correction which is the root cause of major illnesses like constipation, respiratory issues, digestion disorders, posture alignment, insomnia, and restless mind syndrome. She has created a simple holistic module by incorporating mudras, sound vibrations, pranayama, and simple stretches to bring rhythm and polarity in the body.
